Emergency Operations Centers (EOC):
It is important that utilities understand the process to request materials such as PPE and to get on EOC lists early if you think you need PPE materials.
The State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) is a central location from which local, state and federal partners can provide interagency coordination and executive decision-making in support of any incidents or planned events in the Commonwealth.
- Reach out to request help from your town’s EOC coordinator. Each town should have an Emergency Operations Center coordinator that serves as the main contact between MEMA and the town. This contact person is typically the police or fire chief.
- If your town cannot assist with your request, then your town's EOC coordinator must call the MEMA regional office that you are a part of. Each EOC coordinator should know which region they belong to. Below is the complete list of regions.
- If you are unable to figure out who your town's EOC coordinator is then you may call your MEMA Regional office of MEMA headquarters for assistance.
