2020 Award Nominations
**Nominations are now open for All Awards being presented at NEPPA's Annual Membership Meeting in December.
Deadline for nominations is Friday, October 23rd.
Person of the Year, for sustained, outstanding service and contributions to NEPPA and to public power.
Francis “Skip” Willey Individual Achievement, for an employee of a NEPPA system who demonstrates a professional commitment to public power through personal development and participation in NEPPA’s educational programs and other association activities.
Distinguished Service, for outstanding service to a NEPPA utility.
NEPPA Service, for significant contributions to the association.
Special Recognition, for a specific accomplishment advancing the interests of public power.
Commissioner Service, for Commissioners or elected Light Board members who have provided outstanding leadership to their public power systems for three full terms or at least 10 years.
Outstanding Affiliate Member, recognizes an affiliate member of the association for their contributions to association programs and services.
Carol A. Tracey Award, for employees of NEPPA member utilities who deliver outstanding service to their customers, either through sustained, exceptional performance in serving their customers, or the development of new and/or innovative programs to meet customer needs.
